1. Select sweet cherries of uniform maturity, free from pests, diseases, and mechanical damage. Dip the fruits in the prepared solution for 1 minute, then drain under low temperature. Simultaneously pre-cool the cold storage to the target storage temperature. Place the treated cherries into freshness-preservation bags and store in the cold storage. During storage, periodically monitor gas composition inside the bags to prevent low-oxygen injury. Apply by fruit dipping after harvest; maximum 1 application, with a pre-harvest interval of 30 days.
